We think it’s important for our clients to meet the team and get to know them. That’s why every now and again we like to choose someone to put on the spot and ask some awkward questions!
This time, it was IT Engineer Mike’s turn:
What gets you out of bed each morning?
I like that every day can be completely different from the last… aside from that, a nice cuppa coffee does the trick.
What do you like the most about being a part of the Jupiter IT team?
I love the can-do attitude the whole team have and the willingness to help one another with difficult problems.
Why do you think clients should work with Jupiter IT?
Everybody within the Jupiter team go above and beyond to see every problem resolved. Whether that means contacting a client’s internet provider on their behalf or a 3rd party vendor, we will happily do it. It’s hard to find that in an IT provider.
Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
I really enjoy going for a drive out and exploring new places with friends, especially if the weather is nice.
I also enjoy watching musicians playing music live on the internet and chatting along with the streamer and other viewers alike. It’s a little like watching a musician at the pub apart from it’s from the comfort of your home.
What’s your favourite band?
Bastille is probably my favourite band at the moment.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
I do enjoy a pizza on a Friday night.

What is your pet peeve?
When people cancel plans last second.
What’s top of your Bucket List?
I would love to go and explore different parts of the world.
What’s your favourite holiday destination?
Tenerife has been my favourite so far although that could be because I got to go paragliding around the island.
If you could be an animal, which would you be?
A wolf because I work well in a team but can also go off and do my own thing.
