Our mission

“To provide quality, secure, cyber-safe IT support and consultancy, which improves our clients’ businesses and delivers a service that is unmatched in the industry, whilst being at the forefront of the latest technologies available in the market”.

Providing IT support in Hull, Grimsby, Leeds and Scunthorpe, Jupiter IT have been delivering their cyber-security-focused services to businesses since June 2007. Established by three IT Engineers from an NHS IT Department in the Yorkshire region; Iain Powell, Dan Gladstone and Craig Paul had a strong belief they could offer local business the same calibre of IT support the NHS offered its partners and associated bodies.

We would build a strong model based around these ethics and offer them to local businesses within the region.

Since inception, our core values have been to protect the network, secure the domain, and support the end-user.

Jupiter IT were protecting their clients from the risk of virus infection and security threats as early as 2007. Over the years we have honed our skills in dealing with cyber-security and the threats it brings; gaining Cyber Essentials certification has given our clients the confidence they are partnering with a genuine IT provider.

Furthermore, we actively seek to gain accreditation for our clients.
