Meet Vanessa, the newest addition to the Jupiter team. Based in our Hessle office, Vanessa keeps the office in order with her administrative support to make sure we can provide the best IT support in Hull.

What do you like the most about being a part of the Jupiter IT team?
The whole team is so kind, friendly and positive – nothing is too much trouble. When I recently joined, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at home from day one.
Why do you think clients should work with Jupiter IT?
Everyone has a positive can-do attitude that extends to every client. The whole team really does go above and beyond.
What gets you out of bed each morning?
Generally my alarm… or my bladder!
What’s your favourite holiday destination?
Cyprus – I really feel at home when I’m there.
Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
I practise Reiki & Holistic Healing.
Tell us about something not many people know about you
I am a Witch, so I take no offence to being called one 😂.
I am also a huge conspiracist and love a good debate.
What’s your pet peeve?
Anyone who crunches or slurps – instant kill list activated. Even worse if you have a clicking jaw!
(This explains why people have started eating lunch in their cars!)
If you could be any animal, which would you be?
An owl – I generally don’t sleep more than 3 hours a night and I am an observer 👀
What’s top of your Bucket List?
At the moment, it would be visiting my eldest son who emigrated last year to Australia.
