This is a 2 factor system. Firstly, an authorised user fills in the form with the required details. After signing the completed form, a verification email is sent to the inbox which you need to confirm before the form is sent to us. We will not action a form completed by an unauthorised person.

This is to prevent a malicious person impersonating a director and causing any damage to the company through incurring additional charges or loss of data. As per our accreditations, we audit every process to ensure maximum security for clients. As such, this system is tailored towards Microsoft 365 environments rather than the legacy Hosted Exchange system with regards to emails.

Passwords in these forms will be ignored by Jupiter IT. We will use a randomly generated one and you can change the passwords afterwards if needed.
